"The Garden"

PRODUCED BY ILIJA RUDMAN & GREG WILSON MIXES BY GREG WILSON & ILIJA RUDMAN In July 2007, Greg Wilson met up with Ilija Rudman in Zadar, a beautiful costal resort in Rudman's homeland of Croatia, when Wilson was DJing at the now legendary Garden Festival. This was a special event in the true sense of the term, a sun-drenched experience that nobody who was there will ever forget - the highlight of the year for so many people. Before heading back to the UK, Wilson, who'd previously remixed one of Rudman's tracks, 'After Midnight', suggested that they collaborate on a track inspired by the Garden Festival, sending files to and fro until they felt they had something that caught the essence of that magical weekend in Zadar. They set themselves an aim - to have this record pressed in time for the next Garden Festival in July 2008, and now, almost 12 months on, here's the resulting track, 'The Garden', with Wilson's freewheeling vocal version perfectly complimented by Rudman's more concise instrumental.
